| Yes, the weather will be better out at sea and in the islands than it will be in Orlando. The moderating effects of the sea, sea breezes, etc. Back in Orlando you can count on high heat and humidity and daily thundershowers in the afternoons. I count myself lucky that I don't have to be there during July and August, due to the book's production cycle (we usually do our final research trip for the new edition in June, and are locked in our offices in far more temperate Michigan during the summer).
