I agree with Sara. We have gotten too hung up in the online, electronic world. I frequently have other agents in the agency I work with ask me questions about how to do complex bookings online. Call is almost always my answer. If it's 2 am, you're not going to be out a whole bunch of time waiting until morning. And you should be asleep, anyway. Umh, what am I doing answering those emails?
