The room size is a big difference between the two resorts. As said, OKW has bigger rooms. The most noticeably difference in the Studios. You have 2 actual beds at OKW and only 1 bed and sleeper sofa at SSR. Kids don't usually mind the sleeper sofa, but some adults love it and others absolutely hate it.
Another thing I
about OKW is the outdoor porches. We've had some perfect porches! It really feels like you're relaxing in your own back yard. And the porch is just one example of a more at home feeling. The layout of the villas is much more personal and not a mass building with rooms.
SSR is newer and smaller. But the quiet pools are to die for! I
going in the morning chilling in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub.
