Sure is.

He was suspended and the "drug" he possibly popped with is for . . . male "issues" which are caused by lack of testosterone (which is caused by steroid use).

I think it is hysterical though . . . I can't stand Manny OR the Dodgers (even though I like Joe Torre), so I thought it was awesome.
