| I think I answered this in another forum for you with some other tips but one thing I forgot to say was pack some simple satine crackers in your bag that you will carry in the parks. Morning sickness is a funny thing, and it doesn't neccesarily only show up in the morning!! (a man musta named it!!LOL!!) I also found it much better to "graze" all day eating a little here and there...it seemed to settle my stomach a lot better than 3 big meals a day. And lollypops, when I was feeling sick and really feeling like I couldn't eat a thing I would suck on some lollypops and it would make me feel better.
