Well, it all depends on priorities. The villas are going to have a kitchenette, right? So, you'll have more of a home feeling. The concierge levels are going to be more of a "pamper me" type of environment. If you are looking for a "I don't want to anything on my anniversary trip" sort of vacation, then I'd suggest concierge. If you may be ready for a "home environment" after touring wine country (my in-laws love it and go every summer), then the villas would be a better choice.
