All DME check-in is at one desk at Orlando International, reguardless of where you are staying. Once you are checked-in, you'll be directed where to go and which line to get in for your resort.
In your DME packet, is a nice layout map of the airport that shows you what gates specific airlines come in to
along with very clear, specific directions for getting to the DME desk. Don't worry and don't over-think this...it is designed to be very easy.
