Making a request at a Priceline hotel

Jean,

We are booked at the Renaissance World Gate thru Priceline for our arrival night. Seems I've read somewhere that you need to request your needs, prior to arrival, with the hotel. We will be a party of 5 and will need two beds and a crib. What is the best way to make these request? Should I call or fax, and how far in advance? Thanks!
