A few days ago I submitted a question to US about tickets (just a general question). I was expecting an email response, but got a phone call instead
Since I was on the phone I asked about the Harry Potter section and was told they had some difficulties with a couple rides and the new 'hopeful' opening will be Spring 2010. The customer service rep knew we were thinking of April 2010 and she made the comment that we'd get to enjoy it...I'm hoping nothing else goes wrong and it is open then!
