Just wanted to share with you some tips/info that future travlers may find helpful. We had the basic dining plan. 1snack, 1 ts, 1 cs per person per day. CHECK EVERYDAY ON THIS!!! We got ours messed up right off the bat and I ended up canceling (or so I thought I would have to) 2 ts dinners. in the end I ended up not using 1 ts meal! We also left with 4 cs meals being unused.

The first night we arrived I had a resie for Mamma Melrose. We have 4 kids, when I booked the vacation our youngest DS was 9yrs old. He turned 10 a month later. Apparently they (Disney) changed the age for the rates. Used to be 9 its now 10. Well Mamma Melrose charged him as a child, then the next night at dinner (I forget where we were) they charged him as an adult. This put everything off for the rest of the trip. DH and I continually tried to figure this out. Went to the desk at our resort (POP) and they were somewhat helpful but found out that they didn't know what they were doing or didn't understand what I was trying to explain. I told them that the first night we were charged as a child, (which it should have been) then the second night as a adult. They told me I needed to cancel at least 2 dinners as not to be over the dining plan limit and have to pay out of pocket. So I canceled two meals. Well two days later DH went to the desk and spoke with them, they did in fact mess things up. DS should have been charged as a child because of his age at the time of booking the trip NOT booking the dining reservation. So as I stated before we ended up with 1 table service not used because by this time it was the day before we were leaving so there wasn't anything I could do.

Moral of the story......check your dinging credits and if you are unsure of something you can just go to the desk and ask for a print out of what you have used and what you have left. Hope this saves someone else this stress and I think I may be writing Disney a letter if I can locate an address....Anyone have a name and address???
