I'm confused, are you guys talking about
Touring Plans (as the OP questioned) or another planning service; i.e. this UndercoverTourist?
If it's the latter, I've never heard of them. Do they offer the same type of services, like the crowd level indicator, etc.? I am definitely always interested in finding other sources of planning information that people have used and found success with!
