Let's see - to finish off July 3 - we decided to not only go to the drive-in ($22), but to pick up a pizza for dinner. (22.80). After arriving at the drive in DD2 told us she didn't feel well. One touch of her forehead and I knew she has another fever. (Not uncommon for her, she has had a few UTI's which we have to watch closely as she also had kidney reflux. I got special permission to leave the drive in to get some fever meds and still get back in. At the store I picked up the medicine + some chocolate while standing in line - total was about $17.

She still had fever at dinner tonight (July 4), so off to the hospital to have her checked for UTI. Turns out she does have a mild one. $14.00 to park at the hospital (for 5 1/2 hours, I might add). and a prescription that I have to fill tomorrow morning first thing for antibotics.

No grocery shopping done yet.....

btw - DD2 after taking the medicine slept through the entire night at the drive-in (and therefore missing the new Ice Age movie that was the point in going), while DD1 watched not only the first movie, but stayed awake for the 2nd one too. Therefore not sleeping until on the way home at 1:30 in the morning.
