Yay! I'm so excited!
We went with Vero Beach because my DH is a beach bum at heart and I'm a Disney girl all the way, so it seemed like a good compromise for us. Since we travel almost exclusively during off-peak times I'm hoping the 7-month window won't be a problem.
Out of curiosity, has anyone ever passed ROFR and then not passed estoppel?
Or is it safe to assume that estoppel is just a formality and/or paperwork stuff and there is really nothing else to stop me from closing?
