THere was a glitch when the system was first introduced that wouldn't allow non-cash reservations; i.e. DVC members, TA users, etc. to use the ADR system and take advantage of the 90+10 policy. However, they have since fixed it! So as long as you have your reservation number and the phone number that is associated with your reservation, you can get your ADRs online at your 90 days mark, plus for the 10 days following!
