See, now my cousin has a sit n stand and I thought it was such a pain for her to get stuff out of the basket. Just watching her struggle with it made me decide not to buy one. Plus, the older kid wasn't able to lay down and if the younger one was reclined (and it didn't recline much) the older one couldn't be on it at all. We went with a simple side by side that folds up really small. My dd, last trip she was 5-1/2, she still napped in the stroller sometimes and at night, she sometimes fell asleep in it at like 8 o'clock.

I think bringing a small umbrella type for the airports is a good idea...that is why we never rent...I need something for the airports. We spent good money on a stroller than we knew we loved...played with it lots at the store. We'll use it for a few years and then I hope to sell it and make back some of what I spent. How much will it cost to rent...would it be better to buy something at home???
