Sorry your check in at VWL was not a pleasant experience. I think I know which CM you are talking about. We checked in on Dec. 6 and she was behind the desk that day. We had experienced her unfriendly, impolite nature last March when we were checking in. She supposedly was a new employee then, but she was very gruff and not a bit helpful. Thank goodness that we were repeat visitors to the Lodge because she would not make a good impression on someone new. When we checked in on Dec. 6 I said to my DH that I hoped we didn't get stuck with her. But luckily we didn't, we had Eric, and he was great. I don't know her name, but we are returning in March, and I will be on the lookout for her. Hope your stay at the Villas was great despite the rude CM at check-in.
