Well the one thing I can say about WS even on an EMH night is that since Epcot is the biggest park, the crowds are more spread out and not so "on top of you" as the othe parks.
I'm assuming that you're going during a holiday time (not very familiar with Spring visits myself), EMH will probably be crowded, but if you just
had to ride those rides, I think you could swing it.
