I haven't stayed in any of them, but I've been in all three of them. I must say that by far the Grand Californian is the best themed one so far. I guess you could say that both the Disneyland Hotel and the Paradise Pier Hotel seem more like a "hotel" whereas the GC feels more like I'm at home, in a comfy cabin (a HUGE comfy cabin). Having said that, I just realized that I haven't been inside the Paradise Pier since they changed it from the Pacific to the Paradise Pier. I'll try to duck in there one of these days and give you my two cents.

Hope someone out there can give you more insight into actually staying there!
