| Beer Dip, anyone??
As I sit here eating my pretzels and beer dip, I thought I'd find out if any of you have had this dip before. [img]graemlins/yuma.gif[/img] For those of you who don't know what it is....here goes! It's really easy and quick to make!
Beer Dip
2 pkgs softened cream cheese
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Dip Mix
1 cup finely shredded chedder cheese
1/4-1/2 cup beer
Mix the cream cheese and dry dip mix together. Add beer until it is the consistency you like. Stir in the cheese. Serve on a plate or platter. Top with extra shredded cheese. We eat our with pretzels, but my mom likes doritos with hers. Try whatever you'd like!
