I am making my ADRs and was wondering if I should be counting my 2 year old as a guest since we need a high chair? The reason I am asking is because on our last day we can't get into a character breakfast with 3 guests, but we can with 2, so can I still reserve and ask for a high chair when we get there? (we are going to Cape May Cafe). I did count him in all other ADRS.
