Oh well -- we bailed on our Thai food in favor of deep dish pizza since the Vikings were playing in Chicago last night. Our plan had been to watch the game yesterday and AR on DVR tonight. But since the game was pretty pathetic.... we ate pizza and watched the race. |

We had an insane day of kids' activities, so I raided Trader Joe's for an array of Thai food. We had pad Thai, vegetable panang, some kind of veggie soup, and chicken rolls. They were all spicy, and delicious! I'm tempted not to cook next week too, and just go with frozen TJs!
