We're still in negotiations, but UCF has made their first offer, and it meets our minimum requirements! We don't have a start date for me yet, but now we have to find DH a job, find a school, find a house, find a daycare . . .
again! I did find a good realtor, so I feel good about that.
We're thrilled to be moving--so far, we really like Moss Park Elementary. Anyone on here familiar with the area? Know a good daycare that won't break the bank? Know anyone hiring a guy with 15 years of shipping experience (printed materials, OTR and air freight, local and national OTR lines) and over 20 years of customer service experience? He has his own hobby business making and selling hand-made leather goods (specifically, sporrans--kilt bags) at Celtic festivals. He's had to learn marketing, festival set-up, and management of volunteer staff, so he's learned some good skills from it!
