The Segway tour (Cruzin' California) and World of Color dining package are my must-do activities for semi-solo visits (my husband has a symposium at the Grand Californian we've made several times). Cruzin' California has a one-of-a-kind pin, so you'll like that part, too.

Don't miss ToonTown! I skipped it many years, not realizing how excellent it is...great theming and totally different from (what used to be at) WDW.

Other DCA/DLA-only rides: Indiana Jones and Monsters Inc. (not the Scare Floor like Florida). The Buzz Lightyear ride is slightly different, and you get to e-mail your photo for free at the end of the ride. I'm sure there's more, but those are my faves.
