The online ADR system has been crazy for more than a couple of weeks. Last Thursday I finally got a hold of a CM who confirmed the system is having some major issues and there was no projected eta for it to be fixed.

Also as a warning...she said if you managed to snag an ADR during the time the system was having 'issues' to go back and check on them again. The system deleted a lot of ADRs on its own early last week. (although they were ones that had gone through when the system was 'down')

Unfortunately, even though I LOVE the online ADR system, each of mine for all 10 days of the upcoming trip were made on the phone..
