Eileen gave you a great link, Andre keeps his web site very current. POR is our fav moderate. We love the Mansion section too. Now with the changes- Magnolia Terrace & Acadian House are the 2 buildings Non-princess rooms, lol! Both are great locations.
I've stayed in both, on either side of the quiet pool between them.
This puts you well located right by the bridge over to Old Man Island, and a quick walk around that to food court & main building.
So in making room requests I'd ask for either building close to Old Man Isl bridge.
Enjoy the resort. Take the boat to DTD, catch Bob Jackson's show, have the make your own Omlete for breakfast, or Pasta for lunch or dinner at least once during your stay, so yummy! And take a walk around the resort- I think POR is the best landscapped resort in WDW, incl the deluxe resorts.
