| Re: Slimfast Challenge....neat site Cool! I am a huge fan of slim fast as it helped me go from 220 to 170 pounds and size 38 to size 33 pants almost 2 years ago. And I've kept that weight off with proper diet and a huge exercise program - I joined a gym, got a personal trainer and got fit again! There is a lot you can do to flair up the shakes (add fruit, blend w/ ice, etc) and their meal supplement bars are pretty good - well, not as good as pizza, but it's a diet! Losing weight is never fun, but this plan worked awesome for me. I still have one shake daily - usually for breakfast.
