Sounds like you're really organized! Just back from our 18 hr drive to Disney and back (back is the hard part) I'd say you've thought of just about everything.
Inevitably at least once we've stopped at a restroom that's not up to my standards on cleanliness. I've started packing anti-bacterial hand gel and handi-wipes.
