a couple blister packs of DayQuil and Nightquil (to get through until next day)
a few cough drops
Zantac
a few disposable thermometers
all prescription meds
The only ones I carry around are a couple Band-Aids, a packet of Neosporin, a couple Zantac, and a packet of Advil--I always carry these with me though.
And for me, a card detailing my asthma and allergies, as well as the medications I take.
This last one came in handy last weekend when I was treated by paramedics for an asthma attack and couldn't speak to give them info--I pulled the card out and they had everything they needed to know.
