I have 4 reservations for the same 3 nights ... Can someone help me decide what's best?

My DH and my DD (who will be 9 months when we travel) are going to WDW for 7 days out of a 9 day trip to Fl. We are flying in Friday, 4/20 (landing at 8:00pm) and need a hotel until Monday, 4/23. From 4/23-4/27 we are staying in a off-site house with my parents and my sister, brother-in-law and nephew (who will be 8 1/2 months when we travel). Then we are driving to St. Augustine for the weekend for my cousin's wedding.

My reservations:

BW Suites on Lake Cecile ($54/night) -- plan on cancelling this because of info I've heard on safety issues at this hotel.

Ramada Plaza Hotel & Inn Gateway ($60/night with entertainment book)

Comfort Suites Maingate East ($80.30/night - haven't called about Entertainment book)

All Star Sports ($116/night)

I'm leaning towards the Comfort Suites b/c it's new and it has a separate sleeping area which will be convenient with the baby. Can anyone help???

I'm also concerned with traffic on 192 ...
