My 10 year old scopes out all of the hairwrap stations so I can tell you with certainty that there is one at MGM near the Muppetvision show around the fountain and MK has one near Pirates of the Carribean across the walkway from the seating area of El Pirata Y el Perico. If you are staying at a Disney resort, I suggest getting it done there as it does take a looong time.

My daughter also has Mickey ears that she got on a trip when she was younger, but they are still displayed in her room. Now, she looks more for a visor or a hat and she has a character sign it.
