I have severe food allergies and have to constantly carry an Epi-pen.

I am taking a small piece of paper this trip that includes my allergies, current medication, and doctors names and phone numbers.

I have also gone over the basics with my group about the use of the Epi-pen.

Benedryl
bandaids
moleskin
benedryl cream for bug bites
surfer salve (the best stuff for sun burn and botanical)
