If you're sure you want to buy you want to do it soon. I vaugely remember something in the packet we received about BC that a rate increase of $5 per point was scheduled this month. With a 150 point minimum it could save you $750!
DVC also has a referral program. If you tell them one of your PassPorter friends referred you they get something special. I don't know what it is. We did not look into it as Texas RE law prohibits such a thing.
