I just recieved one of those neck coolers in the mail FREE from Copaxone, the company that manufactures my MS medication. The neck cooler is made by a company called "Pacific Coolers" and it states that the cooling effects lasts for 18 to 30 hours! All the MS medication companies are in stiff competition with one another so these may be available for free by other med companies as well. Stay Cool.
