| Rain Ponchos ..........
Hi everyone. I'm trying to determine where to buy my rain ponchos at before our trip in Sept. I know that at the parks they are like $5 and that's a bit steep -- and I thought they had them at Target or Wal-Mart for like $.99 but I've called both places and they have some for $1.99 (Target) and $2.97 (Wal-Mart). Anyone seen them anywhere for .99$ or have I lost my mind? Thanks bunches!!
