We are travelling to WDW this August with three girls aged 10, 7, and 2. I am really torn between the Polynesian for the monorail because of the 2 year old but I love the idea of Storm Along Bay for the older girls. I have decided that the deciding factor will be resort with the most favorable concierge service. I did not read great things on Deb Will's site about Yacht or Beach Club concierge so I think that I am leaning more towards the Polynesian. Does anyone have any experiences with the concierge services at either of these three hotels? Is Strom Along Bay as great as it sounds? Thank you for any suggestions.
