I think one of the best things the Poly Concierge has going for it is the huge picture window in their lounge which looks out on Cinderella's castle. It is wonderful at night watching the fireworks with the piped-in music as you sit and sip a cordial and have dessert!

However, the regular Concierge building is down for rehab this summer and the Concierge service has been moved to another building. From what I understand, their lounge is just set up in the middle area on a floor in this other building. While the CM service is great at the Poly Conceirge, I would opt to try another hotel's Concierge this summer.
