Re: Polynesian Concierge or Yacht/Beach Club Concierge

We just back from staying Poly Concierge and we won't try another concierge because the Poly's went above and beyond what we expected. The chef's at the Poly concierge are AMAZING! Especially Chef Dick. We had awesome food and I mean awesome.

Breakfast; assorted cold cereals, hot oatmeal with brown sugar, bagels, english muffins(they have 3-4 toasters available), sweet rolls, and mini muffins. Fresh fruit, whole, skim and chocolate milk(you must ask for chocolate), Kona coffee, tea's, orange juice and bottled water.

Midmorning-Early Afternoon; Pop, bottled water, jucies, iced tea, coffee, hot teas, fresh fruit and fabulous cookies, M & M's, Runts and gummy worms.

Early Evening; HUGE cheese, veggie and fruit trays, ranch dip and carmel dip. Crackers, and a main dish. Some examples; Chicken Ceaser Salad, Hot Nacho's with all the fixings, Sushi, Chicken Lo Mein and much, much more. 3 different wine selections, pop, juies, coffee, tea, water. Also for the kids, PB&J sandwhiches, usually another sandwhich offering such as chicken salad or ham and cheese. Out of this world brownies that taste like fudge and fresh strawberries.

Late Evening; Cordials and desserts.

It's true that Tahiti will house concierge from June through the end of October and you will not have the big windows, but Tahiti's view is awesome and the food and view aren't the only reason to pick Poly's concierge. The service, friendlyness, and joy that you feel from the staff also make it the best experience you can have. This will not change during the rehab. You honestly feel like you come home each and every day when you return to the concierge building!
