It all depends on what type of a meal you and DH enjoy!
Brown Derby is the nicest place at MGM with excellent food but can sometimes be a bit to formal for many DH's!

If DH likes nice food and a more elegant atmosphere this is a great place.
If DH is more concerned about the amount and variety of food Hollywood & Vine is a good option. Standard Buffet food but of good quality.
If you like to sit down and be served but not into the more upscale Brown D than Mama Melrose is the place.
We often don't want to take the extra time that Brown D takes so often opt for H & V as a nice meal we can get in and out of fairly fast.
Whatever one you choose I'm sure DH will enjoy it, so just relax and have a good time!!
