I am really confused!! How in the world do you put a picture so that it will show up everytime in your posts. I am really getting frustrated. Thanks for your help!!

This is the picture. I clicked on the word "Image" in red, but I don't want to have to remember that address everytime! Also, it's too big, how can I make it smaller?
