We stayed at POFQ in December of 2004 and loved it!! We normally always stay at Deluxe Resorts so this was our first time staying in a Moderate and we loved it so much that we are staying there again for 2 days in July when we go back to use our off-site timeshare
We loved the theming and atmosphere of this resort. It is so compact and easy to walk to anyplace within the resort. We were in building 2, room 2232. We were right on the corner, overlooking the river and boat dock. The thing I loved about our room was being a corner room we had 2 sets of windows instead of 1 so that made the room feel larger. Next time we go we will not pay extra for the water-view - it was nice, but a standard room & view is just fine at this resort. We enjoyed the food court, although during peak meal times they are a little slow. The pool was fabulous and we loved having a fridge in our room.
We did not use Disney transportation as we had a rental car with us so I cannot comment on the bus service at POFQ.
