I bring the PP on the trip & leave it in the hotel - referencing it in the mornings.

I found a cute spiral bound hardcover mini-notebook with Pooh on it - copied all our phone numbers & PS's in it and used it as a journal for the trip. It fit easily in my waist pack & made writing the trip report tons easier!
