Additional fee for adult?

We're going to WDW in November and my sister-in-law just asked if she could go with us. That will mean 3 adults in a room with one 12 year old. Does anyone know if we'll be charged an additional fee because we have 3 adults instead of two? This may be a dumb question, but I don't want her to have to pay anything on the room unless we're being charged extra. Some places charge a fee if there are more than two adults per room.

Also, will my 12 year old be considered a child still or an adult? At what age do kids reach "adult" status?
