From what I understand you make your reservation for the Blue Bayou the day you want to dine. If you want dinner reservations you need to make them as early as possible. So when you are get to the park make sure this is your first stop. I have eaten at the BB only once and it was for lunch and we did not make a reservation. We went early enough to avoid the lunch rush. |
