We ate at Cap'n Jack's last month. It really wasn't too bad! I really liked the New England clam chowder (they also had a Manhattan conch chowder that my FIL said was great.)
Looking over my notes from dinner . . .
I had the roasted chicken breast with creamed mushroom demi-glace and it was VERY good. DH and his mother had the sirloin with onion ragout and horseradish cream --- they both rated it as "pretty darn tasty"

My FIL had the seafood pasta and said it was delicious!
The prices on the menu ranged from $4.49 (chowder) to $31.99 (lobster tails) . . . the menu wasn't the most extensive, but it was very good!
I would definitely recommend eating at an "off" time or planning on doing a little shopping if it is a busy time. PP says "Short Waits" but, we were there at nearly 7pm on Saturday, March 19 and waited 90 minutes for a table!!! When we left, there were still quite a few people waiting to be seated! (I think maybe they need to look into accepting PS's . . . )
