I just drink lots (non sugary drinks). Wear cool clothing, since i burn easy I tend to wear thin shirts with long sleeves.
What I don't do is go in and out of Air conditioning if I can help it. I get headaches if I do this, but not if I just stay out in the heat. I think that's what I like least about WDW is I have to go in and out of AC to enjoy the rides.
