Incredible trip report!! You sure managed to take it all in. Sorry to hear it was sooo cold during the later half of your trip. We had the same sort of weather in our early Dec 2003 WDW trip. It sure does cut down on the crowds!
Your descriptions of Universal have definitely peaked my interest in going there someday when the kids get a little older.
