| I am wondering if quite a few people fly or drive home on Sunday which would be the 13th.

| This past year, I did a Wednesday to Wednesday trip for "the gathering formerly known as MouseFest"  because I think a lot of folks do leave to go home on Sundays so that they can be back to work on that Monday. Not sure how accurate that is, but I like to think that's the case.

| I am planning on arriving Thursday & going home Monday!!!!!!!!!!! I think it would be helpful in planning if we started deciding what days meets are going to be.. I would like to have my dinner on Saturday again after the margarita meet..

| So what's the $ for the 10th? I'm trying to find the info on this, Deb, but can't find ticket prices anywhere. I really love that the party is the 'kick-off' but maybe it'll have to be the 'finale'. So far, many of us are leaving the next day.

| We generally do events from Thursday night thru Sunday afternoon with Dave and Jennifer's good-bye meet Sunday evening sometime. The MVMCP meet has usually been earlier in the trip. The 11th seems to be the most popular date (and a date we've done before if memory serves) and as so many people do leave on Sunday, I'm going to proceed with the 11th for the chosen date so members can plan for the PassPorter MVMCP Meet on the 11th as it's a Friday and in the middle of PassPorter's December 2009 Gathering.  Customarily, Thursday or Friday is when we'd hold this particular event. (And if it ain't broke... ) I believe the cruise ends on Thursday, so I think the 10th would be too early for anyone cruising as well. Do we have a host for this event yet? I think Jenn and Dave usually co-host the fireworks meet with some PassPorter Guides, but if memory serves, there are other events during MVMCP.

| The 11th sounds good, however Thursday night has been the traditional night in the past I think!

| The 11th works great for us, there is no way we'd be in a fit state to make it on the 10th, not arriving that day!  : I'm very happy to host a fireworks / parade meet. Usually we meet up for the fireworks, then tend to hang around for the late parade and stake out our spots and just sit and chat.  I'd love to do that again, so put me down for hosting that with anyone else who wants to.
