All I can say Patsy-C is the Nebraskans sure find themselves in the same destinations! What a hoot!

We are going to Chicago in June for the Cardinals/Cubs match up. Anyone know how we might get a hold of tickets? We've tried the "normal" route and they sold quick! (I've been looking on e-bay and they are already pricey!

We are staying at the Best Western just off the Magnificent Mile. Does anyone know about this place?

I would love to hear any feedback I can get about where to go and what to do should we not make it to the game!

I can't help you out on getting tickets. That's a popular series. You could show up and see how much they are scalping them for. [img]images/icons/shocked.gif[/img] (Or see if there are any for sale the day of the game. You might get lucky.) If they are too steep, head over to the Cubby Bear and watch the game then go see the Blue Man Group which is in the general vicinity.

I work a block away from the Best Western (on Ontario and Michigan). I've never been inside, but it is a nice location. You are 1 block north of Nordstroms. 5 blocks from Water Tower. And about 10 blocks from Oak Street Beach. Navy Pier is a 1/2 hour walk to the end of the pier (we walk this at lunch sometimes).
