| Computer desktop countdown clocks The mention of a desktop countdown clock in yesterday's PassPorter newsletter sounded like fun and sent me off to Google in search of such an animal. I found the perfect countdown application: D-World Countdown 2.0 (freeware) It's only for Windows 9x applications, but I've downloaded it and found it easy to install (it puts itself in the Start Menu\Programs folder). It can be obtained at Disney Downloads: http://members.aol.com/dissorcerer/downloads.html I also found some countdown clock applications for my Mac at home.... [Later note--in the intervening two days, the Mac countdown clocks I found at Downloads.com have vanished into the ether. Apparently, there are no countdown downloads out there for us Mac folks.
