| Re: FDR in Jamaica???? FDR is near Ocho Rios. I stayed at a timeshare near there about 10 year ago. It happened to rain the entire time we were there. When it came time to leave (we left 3 days early because there was nothing to do in the rain) the folks that flew out with us that stayed in/near Negril had had sun during the week. Turns out the North end of the island is like a rainforest (beautiful and lush) and prone to rain, whereas the western end is more balmy and likely to get sun. -HiddenMickey |

| Re: FDR in Jamaica???? Hey I hope I'm not too late here! If you're looking for a kid-friendly all-inclusive those two ain't it! We have friends that stayed at FDR and had a very unpleasant experience! They didn't hear much good about Pebbles either. Have you looked into Beaches in Negril? If you are looking for sun fun Negril's the place; and there are loads of other places besides Beaches down on the West End, right Tinkerchef? Elaine PS - I second Tinkerchef's suggestion to check the www.jamaicans.com site. They are a WONDERFUL resource!
